Twenty Sixth Formers were treated to an interesting and important life lesson with a First Aid workshop carried out by two local Paramedics from West Midland Ambulance Service. Students learnt the basics of CPR, how to assist if someone is choking and other important First Aid techniques. The workshop was both interactive and informative with students having the opportunity to practise CPR and other life saving techniques on dummies. We would like to thank Mark Hayes and Richard King for giving up their time. Students thoroughly enjoyed the session and appreciated the expertise on hand.
